This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information collected through Masterpiece Care's clinical or in-person services, which may be governed by separate privacy notices.

• Contact information you submit through forms on the Site, such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and any details you choose to share about your situation or a loved one's care needs;
• Scheduling details when you book a call through our scheduling tool;
• Payment information when you start an Early Awareness subscription (collected and processed by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers);
• Communications you send to us by email, phone, text, or through the Site.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser information (such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers);
• Usage information (such as pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and referring URL);

If you submit information about another individual (such as a parent or other loved one), you represent that you have the authority to share that information with us.

3. How We Use Information

Early Awareness is delivered using audio-based monitoring technology provided by Clanz Ltd. d/b/a Sensi®. The handling of audio data captured by that system is governed by the Early Awareness Subscription Terms and by Sensi's own privacy policy.

5. SMS & Text Message Communications

When you provide your phone number through a form on the Site or through our live chat widget and consent to receive text messages, you may receive SMS messages from Masterpiece Care LLC.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

No sharing of SMS opt-in information

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your phone number or SMS opt-in consent information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your consent to receive SMS messages from Masterpiece Care applies only to communications from Masterpiece Care LLC and is not transferable.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and measure the performance of our advertising. Where enabled, this may include the Meta Pixel, which helps us understand which advertising campaigns lead to inquiries.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
