When something changes with a parent, knowing what to do next can feel difficult. Masterpiece Care is nurse-owned and serves Palm Beach County only. Tina Rains, RN leads our care navigation, helping families understand their options and coordinate the support involved.
When should your family call?
- After a hospital stay or a fall, when the next steps feel unclear.
- When a parent seems different and you are not sure what has changed.
- When you live far away and need help coordinating local support.
- When you are deciding between staying home and senior living.
- When family members disagree about what to do next.

The first 15-minute conversation with Tina is free, with no obligation. Share what has been happening, what is worrying you and which decisions feel difficult. Tina will talk through your questions and possible next steps. You do not need a completed plan before getting in touch.
Care navigation fees
We are finalizing our care navigation fees and will share them here. We will always explain how fees work before you commit to anything.
How we're paid
We believe you should know how we are paid. Masterpiece Care works with private-pay families. Families may pay Masterpiece Care a fee for care navigation; we are finalizing those fees and will share them on our Care Navigation page. Separately, some home care agencies and some senior living communities may pay Masterpiece Care a referral fee when a family we have helped chooses them. You are always free to choose any agency, caregiver, or community, and to ask us about fees at any time.
Care navigation and caregiver referrals are different
Care navigation helps your family understand choices, build a plan and coordinate support. It is separate from arranging a hands-on caregiver. Caregiver referrals come through Palm Beach Nurse Registry, LLC, Florida Licensed Nurse Registry #30213103 (AHCA). That registry license belongs to Palm Beach Nurse Registry, LLC, not Masterpiece Care. Caregivers referred through Palm Beach Nurse Registry, LLC are independent contractors. The registry does not supervise or train them.
What care navigation is not
Care navigation is not hands-on caregiving, medical treatment, or legal or financial advice. It does not replace your parent's treating clinicians or other professional advisers. In an emergency, call 911.
