Masterpiece Care was founded by Tina Rains, RN — a registered nurse with deep roots in South Florida’s healthcare community. After watching families struggle to navigate aging without a trusted clinical guide, Tina built Masterpiece Care to be the navigator she wished every family had access to.
The name comes from a simple belief: every life is a Masterpiece. Our role is to help families protect and honor the ones they love — with dignity, clarity, and genuine care.
Masterpiece Care serves Palm Beach County, Martin County, and Broward County. We operate by referral and by appointment — because this work is personal, and we want every family to feel it.
